Great service from the team, although the sound system had some issues upon setup, the team replaced the whole sound system within a couple of hours - on New Years Eve too! The team that set up the disco and collected were both friendly and chatty and provided great customer service. Would definitely use them again and are an easy recommend.

Fantastic Service and Amazing Bouncy Castle!
I recently hired a bouncy castle and a castle slide with some extras. As always the hire ran so smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, everything was seamless and communication was great. The team was professional, punctual (managed to contact the hall and set up before my hall hire even started!) and incredibly friendly.
The castles were clean, safe, and a huge hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours! The setup and takedown was quick and efficient.
I highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else for my castle hire. Thank you so much!

From the moment I reached out, their team was the ideal mix of professionalism and personable, making the planning process effortless. They delivered a thoughtful and inclusive selection of entertainment, including cool arcade games and a variety of fun activities perfect for all ages - a real crowd pleaser! It was fantastic to see the children and adults equally engaged and enjoying themselves.

We have used the INCREDIBLE Herts Bouncy Castles twice for our kid's birthday parties and both times they were absolutely amazing to work with, they guided us to the right items, they were so professional, so reliable and so friendly.
