- To ensure maximum security for inflatable equipment hire on solid ground, such as tarmac, concrete and bulk surfaces, a drill & rawl bolt fixing system will be required. This is drilling through the hard surface to install temporary anchors to the surface. Please note we can only drill into concrete & tarmac. We are not able to drill into porcelain tiles, block paving or decking. Drilled bolt holes will not be filled in by the company and it is the responsibility of the customer and at their expense to do so. Weather Conditions
- Our products are weather sensitive, and delivery/collection can subject to change due to weather conditions. In the event of adverse weather, such as high winds and torrential rain, any booking may be cancelled, and our cancellation terms apply. Our decision to cancel due to weather will be final and will not have made lightly. It is entirely for customer safety.
- We will arrive on the day as planned at the time of your booking, regardless of weather. The weather is not a condition of hire, and your booking cannot be cancelled because of it. This does not apply in the case of adverse weather conditions mentioned above which will compromise your safety.
- We recommend you provide shade over inflatables in hot weather as the fabric and safety mats can become very hot to the touch in the sun. During hot summer weather, users of inflatable equipment should wear socks so as not to burn the soles of feet.
